"I’ve stayed here in the past. I won’t be staying here again. It’s become filthy and run down. Photos they show on the hotel sites are not accurate. We paid for a room with a balcony and ended up with a room where the windows were bolted shut. We spoke to the staff. They don’t care. There weren’t even clean coffee cups at their “breakfast” and the coffee dispensers were empty. People picking at the food from the “buffet” with their fingers - disgusting."

"This place is VERY noisy. There was a person complaining noise when I was checking in. After I enter room, there are always teenagers are running and screaming in the hall way in late night. No faculty stops them. Use The phone in the room to call front desk or any customer service will not be answered.
This place is Not safe. The side door is the building is unlocked. Everyone could enter the building and use the elevator."

We’ve stayed at both Monte Carlo locations in Toronto and found them very similar: clean suites, friendly, hardworking staff, and good value for money. The décor is a little dated, but the heating, air conditioning and blackout curtains work well. Both felt safe, with free parking—and a little lemon water as a bonus!
