One of the best independent hotels in the area very clean well decorated and great hosts micheal and Eddie are just lovely.

Real luxury, and a quiet, dark night's sleep.

A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

just returned from a one night stay at the arthington hotel we probably stay in blackpool 2-3 nights a year and stay at different hotel as we usually find them just ok. From meeting the owners to leaving we could not fault this hotel at all it was spotlessly clean, quiet, every thing we need was in the room and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and of high quality food . The hotel is quirky, contempory beautiful decorated in its impressive décor we will be definitely returning to...

Great warm welcome from friendly owners. Can tell they are pssionate about this business. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Blackpool but so close to public transport links and the front gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere without feeling like your in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful place.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Good food

Lovely hotel, really welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as its the quieter end of town, but a easy walk to the yram stop round the corner. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast also.

Couldn't fault it. Excellent hosts. Will definitely return.

Fantastic place room fab everything you need well organised thanks

Lovely modern hotel. Fresh milk provided in the fridge and excellent choice at breakfast. Will stay again when in the area.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

This B&B is in a perfect location, being just a short 3 – 5 min walk from the sea front & the same to the shops. Its situation at the north end pier end but with the trams running every few minutes it really doesn’t matter which end you are. The proprietor Martin is a lovely friendly gentleman, on arrival we had coffee / tea & biscuits which was very welcome after our long journey. Our room was ready early & we were kindly allowed to check in. There is a small parking area at the rear (5 – 6...

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

Everything about The Royal is quality. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the food is excellent, varied and very good value for money

Clean & comfortable rooms, Food was tasty & staff are all really friendly

This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji! Us adults loved the the clean & spacious room, the warm welcome & the assistance shown. We paid extra for breakfast & think that was extremely well priced, & very delicious! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We received a warm welcome in the bar and were shown our room. The room was quite small but it was clean and well laid out and had everything we needed. Breakfast of cereal bar, instant porridge and a croissant is provided but we headed to the Wetherspoons or local cafe. The bar is very welcoming and has a nice atmosphere. We liked the central location for exploring Lancaster and not far from the University so we were able to easily visit our son. We will definitely be back.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Also there’s a large Sainsbury’s...
