"When we arrived our non smoking room smelled like smoke, which everyonen in our group agreed, we told the front desk because we wanted another room and the receptionist was very rude saying that it did not smell like smoke without even going to the room, we took him and he kept saying that it did not smell when it very clearly did and he was refusing to get us another room. After my husband started to get annoyed by his attituted he agreed on changing rooms. everything else besides that was good."

"Great location on the waterfront and right downtown! If available, try for a waterview room - the view of the harbour is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (provided in a box) was great A bonus, the outdoor pool was still open so we could enjoy a swim (although it was a bit chilly). Great value!"
