I liked everything. This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in quite a few in my time. Even the breakfast was good.

Very helpful staff and a nice pool too

The room was excellent. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was ok plenty of choice not as hot as I would have liked. But that is personal choice as I like food very hot.

Reception were great on arrival mentioned that we were hot after saying Joshua Tree and we’re given two bottles of water- spacious suite and very good public areas except limited basic pool area

The staff especially at reception were helpful and attentive. The property should get an upgrade; the air conditioning units are too noisy and should be replaced in line with modern silent units.

Night Staff naming Will was extremely helpful and supportive. Room was clean and of good size.

Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly, pool was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked different would be if cutlery and plates/bowls were provided. We went to the Albertsons, two minutes away, and bought some so it wasn't the end of the world. Am definitely planning on returning as they clearly care about the clientele.

Absolutley beautiful! We recommend and would definatley stay again and again. The room was lovely, we upgraded to a fire pit room and although was very hot through the day we got to use it at night and early morning. The pool team are fabulous and keep the area spotless. The music is always on when the pool is open for the atmosphere to be just right and if you hang around long enough you can watch the wildlife, golfers and the planes landing/take off at Palm Springs International.
