"The services were excellent , the continental breakfast was on point, kudos to the chef on the strawberry / chocolate cover pancakes. My only concern is more staff needed for Housekeeping services. "

"The room had really bad stains over the curtains ,it is dated and really needs Reno’s. The main door would have easily opened with a push as it did not fit into the frame very well. Great location but would not stay here again."

"We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed...

"Loud people not necessarily the hotel's fault but the thin non-insulated door with no seal and the hangout picnic area outside the door is. Loudest place I've ever stayed. Don't expect much in the breakfast; gravy biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, mini donuts, toast. Hidden parking fee of $5 per night too. Clean, comfortable beds, great AC, close to the beach."

"The king room looking over the ocean was nice -- simple but clean and had all we needed. The bed was good but we didn't love the pillows. The pool with a bar on sight was nice but it would have been better if there were a few more lounge chairs. We were happy with the included breakfast and to find the water cooler to fill our water bottles (in the laundry room). The beach was not crowded but had a lot of seaweed. Overall good for the price. We did pay extra for parking and to rent beach...

"Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd."
