"It’s building still under construction! No amenities. Room had a terrible smell. Bathroom was horrible. There is no way you can take shower. It’s insanely expensive without any amenities."

"Super unique accommodation - sadly had to cut my stay short given that i forgot my dogs medication but i plan to rebook! The tent stay was fabulous and nothing like the sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep! Just a really special nature-driven stay!"

"The front desk owner is not friendly that all. The breakfast accommodations very small and not enough table and chairs. The EV charger was not working. You enter the bedroom and you smell the bugs killer. Space between door and floor for bugs getting in. The towels were old and not soft enough. Over all needs attention."

"We loved our stay! The airstream was perfect for our party of 3, loved the firepit and the location was beautiful. Just beware you can’t park at your site, everything needs to be carried or they provide wagons. Also, the airstream had a small fridge which was nice and a microwave. Drive to General Sherman is about 1.5 hrs but sooo worth it!!"

"The location and the river is excellent but we were quite disappointed with what we came to for the price we paid. Unfortunately the terrace was not connected to the room so you had to walk out of the room lock the doors and walk behind thr building which wasn't convenient. Loads of dust and mouldy bathroom with some green liquid spilled in the cupboard. "Beautiful, clean, peaceful stay in a great location for visiting Sequoia National Park. Loved hanging out at the house with its river view and cute private beach area. "

"We booked for one night as a family of 5 and hotel rooms always seem to be cramped but we booked the room with 2 queen beds and it was very spacious. We had a refrigerator, microwave, and a table with chairs and it still had plenty of space for us to move around. Very nice room and if I ever need to head back to Lindsey I would book again. Only downfall was the remote didn’t work so we had to change the tv by hand."

"Very clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Typically when you see a two story hotel with outside entry into the room, one might think it's an older hotel bought by a hotel chain and possibly older furniture and amenities. Well, this hotel is a two story building but surprisingly the direct opposite! It's clean, modern, with all up to date amenities! "ANTS!! There were ants everywhere including our bed. When we told housekeeping, they told us some of the other rooms were having the same issue. The blankets also smelled like mildew. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. They have a communal kitchen for an added fee. The somewhat of a silver lining is their cafe which was okay..a bit overpriced for what it was though. The staff in the restaurant were sweet. I unfortunately will not be returning."

"Very rustic. What they don’t tell you is they run completely off grid. Electricity is so so no hot water. Mattress needed replaced many years ago. No AC or working heat, WiFi was iffy but worked most of the time. Whole place is run down and tired. "The first floor is really the basement. Room 104 was like a prison cell. Windows above our heads. The room was small. Could barely move around the bed although the bathroom was large. You get a large welcome package with fresh fruit, protein bar, candy bar and chips. Nice pool. Roof top restaurant, overpriced food, good views of the sunset."

"We arrived an hour early and were able to check in with adjoining rooms. Beautiful location on King River with lounge chairs to enjoy the views outside. Picnic area is where you can use a propane camp stove to cookout. (No charcoal) Snack bar serves starbucks coffee and there is a cute gift shop with lower prices than the park shops. We enjoyed our stay, 2 elders a young couple and you g adults. I would be worried of the river if you had young children. And a note that the room doors lock...

"Even though their bridge was still out and the drive in was an adventure, the lodge was a nice change of pace. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All meals were included and amazing! They made sure to provide labeling and alternatives for people with food allergies. As a mom and grandma of boys with allergies, this was great to see.
