"The Staff was amazing. Bilingual with Spanish and English. They met us at Aguas Calientes train station upon arrival and took our bags to the hotel. Check in was at 12 noon. The hotel showers had hot water and a lot of water pressure (2nd floor), the room was clean with a TV and AC unit although not modern, as expected. Breakfast included started very early (5 or 6am). The staff were really helpful during checkout to hold our bags as we went to Machu Picchu and to bring the bags to our departing...

"The views were incredible. The space was quiet and the staff friendly. The hotel is near the square and only a 5 minute walk from the market/train/bus stations, but far enough away from the most active places to be calming. Be mindful of the hike up to the hotel! If you can pack extra light, do so. I was lucky to meet a couple of young men to help carry my suitcase up the flights of stairs and the hotel host carried it down for me when I left."
