"The room was clean and tidy. The carpet in the communal area was dirty and smelled. The hotel pool was very cold indeed. It also had a dirty plaster floating in it with blood on. The changing room floor was dirty. We did report these things. The hotel has changed a number of things since we last stayed. They now charge for towels for the pool which we were not impressed by.
