"The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the...

"Reception staff when checking i feel was a bit rude, bed was super hard and very uncomfortable! Night staff absolutely amazing! Went out there way to help us with the bed situation, day staff on check out wonderful just a shame on the staff when we srrived "

"Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. Hotel not manned but contact phone available on reception desk and someone will assist with your query when contacted. Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above."

"Really simple, self serve accommodation. Instructions were clear for check in and out and really nicely styled rooms. Lovely smell in lobby. Location a little dubious and could do with windows that opened but otherwise very reasonable but quality accommodation"

"Great hotel with brilliant leisure facilities"

"Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back."

"Such a lovely hotel very clean and modern, rooms were lovely too, we had 3 rooms all very new and fresh two with sea view which was great. Bathrooms lovely too all modern with showers. Staff were lovely and friendly the entertainment was great so we’re the entertainment staff. Music and bingo was great, drinks were flowing nicely. Only downfall was the lifts are tiny we had a wheelchair had to take the peddles of to get it in it just about fitted. We will definitely be staying there again "
