"The hotel has no elevator, it has no accessible rooms as all rooms require ascending stairs. The hotel has no air conditioning in any rooms. The hotel is adjacent to a beautiful park and beach."

"It was advertised as a charming room with a view of a Japanese garden and koi pond. We found it no better than a low budget motel with a poorly maintained pond and a dead fish floating in it. The "kitchen" was adequate with a small counter set much too high, a tiny coffee maker, microwave and a mini fridge. There was an ice tray provided in the refrigerator but was useless because it leaked through multiple cracks. The shower also had a large buildup of hair in the drain cover."
