"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. "The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...
