"Truly, incredible place. The views are breathtaking. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in our life. It is a challenge to get there, and the walk is substantial if you gonna be on the island for several days. But it is totally worth it."

"This is a really lovely hotel on the outskirts of Positano which combines modern facilities with traditional charm in perfect balance. The staff are brilliant, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, all situated in a vibrant area just outside the main town, so it's quiet at night too. Would love to return one day."

"El lugar está increíble, lejos del bullicio pero a la vez cerca del centro de Anacapri y las estaciones de bus. Lo malo no tiene alberca y la playa está retirada del lugar, pero tiene un jacuzzi y en bus/taxi estás a 20 min de las playas. Increíble para descansar y relajarse. El desayuno está bien, pero el café es top."

We'd especially like to call out Salem for staying late for us on our check in day due to flight delays that made us arrive much later than our original expected arrival time. Salem was very patient with us and we really appreciated the above and beyond service he provided. "The staff were absolutely amazing from reception, dining room, pool bar (Chris) and others were so so lovely and nothing was too much trouble! Beautiful relaxed atmosphere just what was needed, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre, perfect location. Just a couple of things that could be improved, room wise, tea & coffee would be nice also bathroom shower screen seal needed replacing, pool would have have been lovely if open slightly later maybe 8pm, overall experience...

"We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao."

"I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday. The bathroom was not renovated as per current pictures and was tired and yellow. Room very basic, but I find this standard in Italy so no...
