"The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet. "I had a fantastic experience at Dreams Karibana Resort in Cartagena! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and easy, making me feel welcome from the start. "The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. Music (of course only from the hotel) at the beach would give a nice Caribbean touch. Also, the cocktails (not cheap at all) had little alcohol) The rest, the hotel is amazing. I will come back."
