"Alright hotel, like to book home2 suites because they are usually new hotel but this one isn’t. The bathroom door kept closing on its own, our kitchen faucet was barely dripping, the tv was old. There was rust in the shower and barely any pressure. There was barely any mini size items for the bathroom (lotion, soap, etc.). Bed was comfy, breakfast had a good selection and close to everything"

"The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room. "

"I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I, and another for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. We had a late check-in after attending an outdoor music festival. We couldn’t wait to get checked in and shower. When we arrived at our room, a shower wasn’t possible because there was no shower curtain on the rod. We called the front desk and were relocated to a new room at the other end of the hotel. How does a well managed hotel overlook something as basic as a missing shower curtain? Also,...

"Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well."

"The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good. The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years."

"We booked through Expedia email said to cancel appointment it had to be by 4pm we didn’t even find out we would need to cancel appointment until after 4pm because our flight got in at 3:30pm, we had to pick up our car rental and then drive over an hour to get to the hotel. When we finally got there the room smelled so bad like bleach or chlorine I could barely breathe. "Staff was wonderful. Able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. On site breakfast was good. Potatoes were hot. Bacon was cooked not over cooked. Scrambled eggs were average. Room was average. Shower pressure was ok. The only downside was the hotel didn't have hot water one morning. "

"I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. It would have been nice if water had been available throughout the day as well with cups or the availability to fill a water bottle."

"The manager was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very outdated and not in good condition, but it was fine for what we needed, just a place to stay the night after an event. I wouldn’t recommend if you planned to spend any time at the hotel. Overall experience was ok. "
