Hotel did not have water or power entire day and did not know when they would have it back running yet they allowed hotel bookings. I arrived after dark and had to pay cash elsewhere at nearest hotel.

The room was very clean. The problem is they don’t have ac. Was super hot that day and they only have a fan, they modified a fan and intalled on the wall. No air flow, room was 104f and no way you can get cool, plus front dest dont have computer. You need to have you reservations printed.

Avoid this property This is a scam It shouldn't been on Expedia. It was my mistake booking it YES I take responsibility for trying to save a few bucks but NO NO NO, this is not right. This property is very sketchy, plus they don't cancel reservations although they know there's no power or water, they wait for you to get there then they tell you, "oh there's no power or water and we don't do any refunds so"... I mean, come onnnnn! The property has the choice to cancel reservations prior the guests get there so we can look for another place. I contacted Expedia and they said that the "hotel wasn't answering the calls" well yeah duh they don't want to refund the money! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THIS HOTEL AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Staff questioned our reservation then told us we didn't have the room size we had booked. Had to call two different people to get confirmation of what I was already showing them. Then when we finally got the room there is no cooling, 3 dead cockroach in it, the bathroom smelled like rotten sewage. The beds felt more like cardboard than a mattress
