"I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day of my trip. The hotel staff told me to contact Expedia to receive a refund. I asked to get written conformation this happened to me and all they gave me was $30 free play coins. When I call Expedia, they gave me $75 credit with them. Now Expedia claims they aren't able to contact the hotel, and the hotel claims they haven't heard from Expedia. Honestly, I hate complaining and I didn't know what to do. The housekeeper took the dead bug, and the lobby person said Expedia would handle the refund. I didn't ask for it I was offered it and now I'm being given the run around. The sad part was I loved my trip. I understand things like this happen and it's beyond the hotels control. I'm sure they're going to take care of it. However, what's not be handled properly is my treatment in this matter."
