"The room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I were to describe what I didnt like, I would mention the staff may have been too helpful. While sitting in the lobby I heard the desk clerk give out a room number to someone who said they had a friend staying at the hotel. I know its easy to give away that information but I would consider teaching the staff to call the room to confirm the guest is welcome.
