"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."

"The place was beautiful. It was in a great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful! However, our bathroom shower had some mold, and our tv was not working great! But who watches much tv on vacation! We ate several different meals at the restaurant, and we were not impressed. Our breakfast eggs were done over hard and they were supposed to be medium. The toast was hard and could be used as croutons! The sliders were way over cooked. Drinks were good! If I came back to Banff, I...

We stayed 2 nights and had both our room keys both stop working in the middle of our stay. We also found random pills under the bed. Great location, but I wouldn't stay here again."

"We did enjoy the rooftop pools and the multiple shower heads in the bathroom were nice. I was unable to maintain a cool temperature through the night for sleeping and that was annoying. During check-in, I did not find the staff who worked with me particularly friendly. The shuttle right outside the hotel was convenient and it was nice to have a bus pass to ride for free while visiting Banff."
