Got the room with the upstairs. Very spacious more like a small apartment we loved it. King sized bed was super comfortable!!! Full sized fridge, areas to put your clothes away (hanging and folded). The electric stove in the room didn’t work but we didn’t exactly need it. Will definitely be returning in the future!
This place was great and spacious for the price, staff was nice and helpful will stay again... my room was a duplex penthouse

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not a modern facility. The tub had a stains on the porcelain in the place where you place your feet. I put down a hand towel so I wouldn’t step on the stains in the tub. I don’t know if they are rust stains. The base of the bathroom sink was chipping and was not new. The bed was fine. Nice furnishings in the room. Good and secure room lock. Good air conditioning. Upstairs rooms require walking up wooden stairs that are outside. There are no elevators so you can ask for a ground level hotel room entrance.

The room we stayed in was good and welcoming. The floors didn’t feel that clean though and the faucet part in the tub was so loose we were worried it was gonna fall apart. Staff was friendly and breakfast was okay. We really just needed a place to sleep while we were visiting New Jersey so it was good enough for us. We would probably stay again
We did end up having to switch at midnight due to a problem with the a/c. Our initial room was clean and updated, and the a/c had worked when we first arrived. We had then went out and came back to the a/c not working. The emergency move room was not very clean at all. The floors had not been mopped in quite some time and you definitely could tell. The second room also looked like it was still being worked on. Unfortunately there were no other options at that time. I was relieved that it was only an overnight stay.
Not what we were expecting, but overall good. Very provate and very quiet. But 2 of the 3 TVs didnt work.
Also - checkout is 11 and they mean it ! At 11:02 someone was literally pounding on the door and shouting "are you checking out!"
Manager who replied to my last comment you are a liar all together we had 4 rooms my 1 brother stayed his air conditioner also was not working he is a certified electrician and had to show your electrician How to fix the air conditioner so you are lieing about all the air conditioners working and before I even gave the three key cards back for the rooms your front desk already locked them from being able to enter the room absolutely disgusting Place rude staff robbery Then, the pool looked okay, but desk lady said you couldn't use it i literally was in the room for like ten minutes to change my clothes i was changing my clothes sweating I had to go to a wedding.I told them about the air conditioner at 2:30 before I left and when I came back around 9pm it was still broke, hot, super hot then, you don't wanna refund me your scam

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
the actual rooms/units are huge and it's like stepping into a mini condo! The bad part was that the tv's were all blurry and had extremely limited channels and froze up a lot. Also, while the kitchen looks good, it has no oven or dishwasher and our stovetop didn't work. What else? Our refrigerator wasn't plugged in and stunk and they have no ice machine and we had to beg fpr extra bath towels and still didn't get them. The place has potential, but how about one tv that works instead of three that suck? Also, make sure the fridge and stove are working and tell guests that you are sorry the tv's are unwatchable. The units themselves are very good. The rest is suspect at best.
We came here for Fourth of July weekend and stayed in a suite with family. The property itself was beautiful, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was also very helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short in a few areas. We lost power for about half the day, which was a major inconvenience. I was also hoping my daughter could enjoy the pool early in the morning, but it was being cleaned from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Pool cleaning should ideally be done much earlier, around 6:00 a.m., so guests can use the pool during the morning hours.
Overall, it is a beautiful property with great staff, but these issues affected our stay.
Having a kitchen was great the problem was the quality of pots and pans and cooking utensils were paper thin. Very bad quality. 1 cup and 1 mug is crazy not even a full set. The toilet was constantly leaking from the bottom. The noise level was bad I had to call front desk at almost 2am because of the noise made outside my room. Parking wasn’t the best as construction vehicles took up most of the parking.
The room was clean. The breakfast was good. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean but it was a bit cooler and rainy when I stayed so we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy it but I plan to stay there again when I come back to Jersey for a visit. Also the ppl complaining about no room service, when I checked in I was informed that if I wanted cleaning service to let them know otherwise they would leave me alone for my stay which was perfect for me. Overall this place was great.
We got to our room and there was a horrible smell of body odor and onions. The room looked like someone tried to put paint on shabby fixtures. Many dirt stains on the wall and scruffs and scratches and peeling of the baseboards. The bed was clean and sheets were clean. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Laundry facilities were ok. Breakfast was standard for a hotel breakfast.
We loved the room. Lots of space, kitchenette, good water pressure in shower, quiet, and darkening shades were all great. Breakfast was okay and location was convenient to Garden State Parkway.
Clean rooms, which are more like an actual apartment. Plenty of space. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Having the full kitchen was great. Outdoor pool just opened during my last stay. Good Stay, Great location, Great price
They power went out for a few hours during our stay. I feel like we should have received some credit towards the total bill. Toilet was clogged. We had to go to the main desk twice and they just gave us a plunger. Didn't send anyone to look at it. Housekeeping never came during our 3 night stay. Had to go to the front desk to get clean bath towels.
