"LA LIMPIEZA MAL, NO SALIA AGUA CALIENTE EN TODO MOMENTO, NO SERVIA LA CALEFACCION, NO HAY ELEVADOR Y SON 5 PISOS, ESTAN CONSTRUYENDO ADENTRO DEL HOTEL Y DESDE TEMPRANO ESTAN CON MUCHOS RUIDOS DE CONSTRUCCION, NO TUVIMOS ACCESO A NINUN DESAYUNO YA QUE NOS DECIAN UN HOTRARIO Y YA NO HABIA, Y LLEGANDO NOS DIJERON QUE NO ESTABA DISPONIBLE LA HABITACION QUE CONTRATAMOS Y NOS PUSIERON EN OTRA Y NOS COMENTARON SE REEMBOLSARIA Y AL FINAL NO QUISIERON REEMBOLSAR NADA."

"Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend."

"Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"It was good! Very convenient location! There is an elevator😍 The shower was nice too. One thing I got disappointed was the breakfast. It didn’t meet my expectation."

"The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. "

"Het hotel ligt ver uit het centrum maar is toch nog redelijk prijzig. Het gebouw, de kamer, de badkamer zijn wat gedateerd. Niet zo'n gezellige aanblik. Het ontbijt valt wel mee. Er is vanalles en wordt ook regelmatig bijgevuld."

"Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life…."
