"The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back."

"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. "Really loved this place except. Our booking changed last min and we had different room. And was totally excited about iris but we sat over an hour no food. And got called for a reservation over 2 hours after the fact. It was a celebration but we ate down the road."

"Our room was right next to a busy highway and the noise was horrible. We could tell by the small number of cars in the parking lot the hotel wasn't near capacity. Not sure why we were assigned this room when many other much more desirable rooms were obviously available. "The room was fabulous! Great space, very clean, cozy, and great bathroom. I ordered dinner and it was fantastic. I was shocked by how good the food was. I even ordered a drink from the bar, via room service. That was excellent. Definitely staying here again. The bonus is the great downtown location and backdoor to the Chattanooga Lookouts new stadium."
