"Absolutely incredible hotel. It’s so convenient to the cruise port, walkable to bridge to mosques. But what tops this hotel is the service. The staff are amazing, so nice, friendly, accommodating, they make you feel like family. Sam was the nicest, sweetest man and made us feel like the hotel was like home. They have a cute little colony of cats they take care of which was so lovely. This hotel is too notch. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful place. "

"Perfect location away from the hustle but close enough to get to without too much effort. Amazing reception and front of house staff, amenities and breakfasts! Ferries are a short walk away, Taksim Square only a 10 minute stroll away and a convenient grocery store right next door for those incidentals. Was a great place to spend the last 2 nights of a hectic Euro trip prior to flying back home. Be sure to give the custodian puppies a pat also! A room with a Bosphorus view is the best idea if...
