"The location and property itself were wonderful, however we found multiple live roaches in our room which caused us to be unable to sleep on our last night. When reporting it upon check out - we were just told a maintenance note would be made"

"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue.
We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...
