Hotel murah di Toano

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."

"Everything except for the staff and bed is horrible. I stepped on a bug in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom. I guess that's what we get for what we pay for."

"I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work."

"We got there at 1 am and there was no one at the front desk, so I had to walk to hotel next door to get assistance. There was stuff floating in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rack was about to fall and curtain wouldn’t stay. Hair stuck to the walls of the tub so it doesn’t appear the bathroom was properly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy and AC worked. We only slept there and left early the next morning."

"Even though complimentary breakfast was advertised on both Expedia and Days Inn sites, they did not offer breakfast nor did they offer any credit. We stayed from Thursday until Monday yet there was no housekeeping. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was run down."

"Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. "My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely outdated, and our first room was unacceptable. When we opened the door, the entire lock assembly was lying on the floor, the door was already open, and it looked like someone had tried to break in. We were moved to another room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working there either. The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, professional, and did his best to help...

"The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area. The front door entrance absolutely annoying! You have to push the handicapped button or pull/push for it to open instead of having sensors. When you have a lot in your hands...
