"Room was large and clean. Hotel is dated, but clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had the 1970's original yellow tub, but it was clean and had an updated mirror with the integrated light. The only major isue - there was no hot water for showers!! Fortunately we were only there one night. Overall, it was a good bang for the buck."

"Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way. My son went back to the lobby to get the items himself & was told someone was bringing them. We finally got the requested items 2 hours after original call. "

"Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay."
