"Everything was good. Just was missing the balcony that was advertised with the room. The property explain only the two bedroom signature rooms ha e balcony not the one bedroom."

The phones in the room did not work- not even to call down to the front desk. The television did not work upon arrival. It took two trips downstairs for the staff to come fix the television. "The staff were always friendly. That is the one plus for this property. It is apparent as soon as you step out of the lobby just how dated this property is. I would absolutely forgive that if the room was good. Our room was clean, however, we were immediately hit with a damp, musty smell. Our room maintained that smell the entire two night stay. The smell is likely a combination of the a/c unit dampness and the lack of a vent fan in the bathroom. It got stronger whenever the unit turned on. My...

"We stayed here as a family of four with two young kids, and overall it suited exactly what we needed for the price space and convenience. The property itself is a bit older, so there are definitely areas that could use some TLC. A few things to note: some of the TVs were not working, and there are no smart TVs. That wasn’t a big deal during the day, but at night it would have been nice to be able to unwind and watch something with the option to rewind or stream. There’s also no ice machine, but...

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"
