"Very enjoyable stay. "

"When checking into our room, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathtub! A member of housekeeping came and cleaned both out! There was a guest in another room that had a dog that barked consistently! I actually checked out a day earlier as I could not take it anymore!"

"The property grounds as well as the suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive! The onsite activities are well maintained!"

"The staff was great! Our grandkids loved the pool area. Would have liked to have had USB ports in our unit, for that is pretty much a standard these days. I did bring a plug-in with me that we shared and used our Halo that we keep in our car for emergencies. A very, very nice property though! I’d definitely stay again! "

"This room was great. It was big like an apartment. I loved the large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. It got too chilly for us to use the pool that night so my kids were able to take baths and feel like they were in a pool. Would definitely stay again. "

"I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache."

"This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in the area! The rooms had stained bedding and towels. There was supposed to be a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and it wasnt there. The staff was extremely rude everyday. The breakfast was only cereal with warm milk. The hottub was yellow and when we told the staff the didnt even care it was gross. Very bad experience!"

"Housekeeping staff person for the first level on 4/11/26 provided outstanding service! She was so polite and helpful, letting me into my room when I got locked out, walking me to the ice machine, and demonstrating how to use it. I hope she enjoyed the Starbucks gift card I left her :)"

"Room was clean bed comfortable. Staff made you feel as if they were doing you a favor. Breakfast was awful. Coffee was undrinkable "

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"
