"BEWARE. I had high hopes but was incredibly disappointed by the fact that I was not informed about the lack of WiFI service BEFORE checking in. As a result, I had to check out early. I’m now getting the run around to get reimbursed for the nights I did not stay after being told by the front desk staff that I would be reimbursed. Scammers!"

"I checked in around 5:30 pm and there was no receptionist. I was escorted to my room by the very friendly and apologetic security officer. The first sight that greeted me was lizard poop on the armchair and a big fat lizard on the wall above. I could not stay in this room so I was escorted to the one next door.
