"The room was fine. The only thing is that I feel certain things were not cleaned well. Stains on doors and walls, in multiple spots; starting with the door of the room before you actually walk in. Also the baseboards were visibly stained. I did ask to check in early I feel like they could have said we will not have the room available until it’s time for check in. Because that’s when the room was actually available. Valet was efficient. Housekeeping came. I did enjoy my stay and would book again."

Hotel parking lot view is obstructed from any other areas, so no one except someone at the hotel could see vandalism, signs there saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. No front desk clerk was there for check-in, it took almost twenty minutes to find someone. Once checked in we made it to the floor of our room and it STUNK, like really bad mildew smell. And there was an AC at the end of the hall squealing like...

"This hotel was very nice and very affordable. Just like a 15 minute walk from the Quarter. The indoor pool/spa was a great feature. It was a rainy weekend when we were there and they put out a bunch of umbrellas for guests to grab, which was a very nice feature. Only downside...the key cards and readers do not work well. They are temperamental. We got locked out of the room a couple times. So keep your ID on you when you leave the room, and make sure that your wife/husband/partner is listed on...

"The hotel was very lovely and in the heart of the French Quarter. This made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We had an issue with a loose toilet seat. I texted them and a person was at our door within 10 minutes to fix it. We would stay here again for a touch of luxury when we visit again!"

"Great location if you're going to the Riverwalk, but be aware it's noisy. We were on the 5th floor and heard airplanes, fog horns, and the elevator all night both nights. As I have discovered now at all Hilton Garden Inns, the beds are hard and crazy uncomfortable. The hallway on our floor and the elevator consistently smelled of marijuana. Also the only hotel parking is valet at $50 a night...we parked in a garage up the street for $30 per night. In the future I'll spend a little more money for...

"Loved the small town feel! We engaged with so many of the guests 🥰. Everyone staying at the Richelieu that we met felt the same way🥰. Staff was wonderful especially Brian. Small hotel felt so warm and welcoming compared to the larger “Name Brands”. Loved all the amenities and the salt water pool! We would stay there again ❤️❤️❤️"
