The plastic mattress cover was uncomfortable and caused sweating overnight; I would remove it if staying more than one night. Also, Christmas decorations were trying to be concealed near the main entrance, which felt a bit untidy."

"Room old and unkept, damaged furniture the headboard of the bed looked like a cat had clawed it up. Carpets dirty, no tissues, box empty with 1 tissue stuck in it. Worst breakfast presentation I’ve seen since Covid. We will never stay here again, if you’re going to Helen stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Not here!!! "
