Shiga Kogen Prince Hotel
Nice basic hotel. No snowboard wax service and water only provided once per stay. But staff were friendly and helpful. Lockers are provided but not heated.

Lotte Arai Resort
Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.
