"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend."

"The hotel meet the standards. Great size rooms and pool amenity. Walking distance to Monorail across the street. We are a family of 4, with a 9 and 6 year old. During booking we had to go with 2 regula (double) beds and 2 kids beds. I emailed reservations to request bed arrangements and they accommodated the request. We could very easily have done without the 2 kids beds but it was required. We did light laundry once. Super cheap, but make sure you have plenty of time for the dryer. I split my small load into 2 dryers to speed up the process. Still took over an hour to dry. Overall would stay here next time we visit. It was a perfect location."

"We booked this hotel in Tokyo because of its close proximity to the cruise terminal, since we were staying here the night before embarking on a cruise. The hotel was beautiful and quite upscale, with great facilities ( including views of the harbor from the top floor bar), efficient staff, and wonderful hotel breakfast. We were very impressed. Although there did not seem to be stores or restaurants nearby, our needs were taken care of, and we were only about 1/3 mile from the cruise terminal."
