Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Super cold AC, excellent towels and linens and stress absorbing mattresses. Loved the laundry room, taxi service and convenience stores street level. Just a very relaxed restful and fun stay!! Coming back soon!!

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Room walls are dirty. Old furniture. Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load. Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy. Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby. All in all not a great experience
