Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Great location if you want to be in the very busiest part of Shinjuku. It does take two separate elevator banks to get to your room, and they can be busy, but by then you are up so high you are away from the street noise.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel.
