"Good: service, modern, stocked kitchen Bad: * not properly clean (for example the bed board was full of dust) * location not accessible with a car, if you have suitcases you're going to have a bad time as there is no road * no shampoo provided and the soap provided felt very weird - we ended up buying ourselves * really awful and cheap towels *poor noise isolation, we could hear the neighbours *shower leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor"

"Very bad experience, very expensive for the instalation, pictures are not what u get in the current property, in front of very noise streer that dont allow to sleep, as well the balconies communicste with next rroma, what male ir feel very unprivate !! Too many ants around the room"

"Host asked me to cancel the booking blaming Hotels.com for double booking two weeks before travelling. I did check with Hotels and they confirmed there was a single booking on my name and the stay was confirmed 3 months prior to our trip for 9 people. Despite the booking being confirmed, we arrived and the booking wasn’t honoured so we have to find accomodation at the last minute at 23:00. "

"Hice una reservacuon de una noche en Casa Azul pues necesitaba alojarme con mi madre de 86 años para un procedimiento médico. El mismo dia del viaje, la clínica aplazó la cita un dia, me comuniqué con la propiedad para mirar la posibilidad de cambiar la reserva para el día siguiente y la unica opción que me dieron es que volviera a pagar y me daban un descuento de $5000 pesos ( un poco mas de un dolar). Si bien es cierto es un negocio, deberían tener cierta consideración con los clientes pues...

We had to take two cabs to the property and the ownwr charged us $25 for cleaning and not the $4.25 listed. She charged theree times as much as we paud in the app for one day more. "
