"I couldn’t check in in that Hotel cause electricity was out. I had to sleep in my car. I filed dispute in my bank"

"Breakfast was mediocre. Only fruit was oranges, eggs looked fake. Good coffee, though. The ironing board cover needed washing, and when the iron leaked on the floor, the towel I see to wipe up the water turned black. The highway noise was considerable. All employees with whom I interacted were pleasant."

"The room was clean,updated and very accommodating (king suite) with all the amenities needed for an extended stay .Check in was super easy and staff was very friendly .the only 2 things I was concerned about was that the breakfast ended at 9 ,most are til 10 so it didn’t give you a lot of time .the second d was the pricing .Due to storms ,there was a huge power outage and the majority of the guests were local ,and the prices were higher than normal which never seems fair .we paid almost 50.00...

"Housekeeping never folded the extra blanket it was just dumped on a bed. The continental breakfast was horrible. The coffee was horrible. Our toilet kept clogging up because there was no water pressure."

"Room was too small; hardly any space for ironing board (explains why it was not provided). They may consider tearing down the closed almost condemned hotel office. I would not feel comfortable staying alone. It was just a one late night sleep space we needed."

"Good sized room to spread out. The shampoo, conditioner, and hand liquid should be filled on each new guest arrival and it is and the bottles cleaned and the rack cleaned."

"I had the best rest and relaxation at the Whistling Swan Inn. The accommodations were so clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here."

"When I first entered the property the staff did not even pay me any attention just dropped my card on the counter no warm welcome or anything like that. when I was leaving and I asked for the manager and he stood right there behind the counter and said there's no manager I'm still waiting for part of my money to be returned cuz I only stayed half the time but I will schedule to stay at this location and no one seems to be answering the phone or getting back to Expedia to credit my account back...
