"My son and I spent 8 nights at the Eiffel Yard Hotel. The room and the bathroom were beautiful. The shower was fantastic. The hotel is close to many points of interest and restaurants. It is also close to the Metro and there is a taxi stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience."

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

Primero nos dieron un cuarto MUY oscuro y descuidado, pintado de negro que agobia, pedimos cambio y el personal muy amable nos lo dio a otro mucho más agradable y con mucha luz. Muy limpio todo y el desayuno delicioso. La ubicación es excelente pero los cuartos chicos y los de la parte de atrás del hotel (los obscuros) les falta que los renueven"

"Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony. I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful. This was quite a splurge (yes we had a balcony), and there are many other options I would consider instead of this hotel when...

"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, modern, and in a great location to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. The best finds with this apartment were it had real central air condition with a thermostat in each room, a lift for your luggage and free luggage storage room, and two powder rooms (toilets) with 2 showers ( stalls) and a bathtub in the master bathroom ! "An oasis of cool in a ferociously hot Paris! We already love the area, and this hotel is perfectly placed for our favourite arrondissement. We appreciated the wine and macarons, the blasting air conditioning, and the beautiful room - breakfast was perfect, everything you need for a big day in Paris. All the staff were wonderful. We'd love to stay again!"

"The room was okay but its false advertisement with that room and the effiel tower view. They only have 1 room in the entire establishment with that view. I paid 275$ for that reason.. if I had known that I wouldnt have booked the room. The hotel isnt bad its just not what they show on advertisement."
