"This was a quick turnaround/last minute booking, so I wasn’t expecting wonderful. However, the property is not smoke free and severely impacted my stay because it affected my health. I did not stay past the first night. Property owner did not waive second night that I did not stay."

"We always stay at this hotel during jeep beach and never have any issues. Only inconvenience we had was the side gate to were we parked at was locked. I can see if they would lock it around a certain time. That would be ok but for it to be locked all the time is a no go for me. When I wanted to get my beach stuff from my car the side gate could’ve been perfect cause then I could just walk down to the beach instead of having to come inside the building then outside again to go down to he beach."

"The property was located on a nice stretch of beach. The parking was convenient. We were in a third floor unit. My partner had to open our door as I could not get it to work. . There was only a rather sorry hot plate and no stove. We had to report the broken coffee maker but once we found someone it was replaced. We appreciated the walk in shower and tiny balcony. Unfortunately the elevator was not working at times although once reported it was fixed. The complex was older with signs of wear ....

"Every day i had to get my key reprogrammed for my room...the 1st day there was no breakfast or coffee provided. Internet went out during the day..other guests were very loud and disruptive in the evenings and the elevator smelled of weed..fortunately i didn't spend much time in the hotel other than to sleep."

"When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element. Guests washed their feet in pool causing sand to accumulate in the pool. All of these complaints were reported to desk manager within hour of...

"The breakfast didn’t start until nine and it was just coffee and cold cereal and half the time no one was there and the doors were locked. the morning of checkout at 11. No one was in the office and the doors were locked I Had to call the number. The door had a gap at the bottom and bugs were coming in. I killed two cockroaches. The pool was green and dirty for the first two days."

"I basically stayed here for the location because I wanted to be across the street from the beach and I also love having a pool even in this weather. But I find the furniture in the rooms not to be very comfortable and I stayed on a Sunday night because the rates drop. Saturday night’s rates were ridiculous almost double of what I paid on Sunday. It’s not a resort. People come thinking it’s a resort. It’s a city hotel really that said. I felt like I had a great value for the price on a Sunday...
