"Great hotel and room. The only real complaint was that the bed was very hard....but the staff did all they could to help. Put 3 duvets on the bed to make it comfortable. Very noisy on a Friday night when we arrived....but the food was great. Beautiful hotel, in a great location."

"We loved the staff- so helpful and friendly. We loved the location- waking up each morning to the hustle and bustle, but able to stay in our suite if we wanted. A bakery for breakfast and lunch and dinner places so close. Rewe right around the corner… Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay!"

"Hotel is surrounded by lots to eat. Also close to public transportation with a short ride to the city center. The zoo in Munich is also a highlight. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or just a 20-30 minute walk through the city and lots of parks. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Quiet area, AC worked great. Staff that I saw while they were cleaning and stocking were nice and helpful."

"The rooms were very nice and having the kitchen was so helpful for us. It was easy walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay there again, for sure."

"This hotel was wonderful for our Munich stay. Literally steps from the Munich Ost train station it couldn't have been more convenient when arriving by train and leaving to the airport by S8. Clean, quiet, modern with friendly staff. Neighborhood has many great restaurants within walking distance. And they will sell you a public transport day pass ticket at the front desk for the tram that stops at the front door."

"The breakfast was a full American style breakfast buffet, with some additional German items. This type of breakfast is hard to find out in town. Everything we ate here was very good."

"The woman who checked us in was fabulous, and the room was nice and clean when we arrived. They even had everything ready for a last minute early check-in, which was wonderful after a day of travel. They even offered us coffee and refreshments and helped us load our bags onto a trolley so it was easier to move things to our room. It’s a beautiful place - my daughter especially loved that there was music playing in the bathroom. That being said, we had trouble streaming to the tv - the Apple...

"The room was extremely well cleaned. As well as the restroom. The stone in the restroom had rust - this was related to the design. For fellow Americans be aware that the A/C is not the A/C we are used to. It is an air exchange. The hotel is situated next to the train station and a parking garage. The location had little restaurants and a park nearby."
