"Hotel is in the airport in South Terminal, so very convenient. Rooms are small and quirky. Bathroom is a wet room so after showering, it is a wet mess in there. Service was outstanding. We had an issue with our coffee maker and they sent a technician up to fix it quickly."

"I was in a recently refurbished room and had a problem working the technologically advanced light switch, but recognise that’s my error. Taking the key out solved the issue. It was a warm night in London but the air con worked a treat. I don’t eat breakfast but the cafe area was teeming with patrons and the coffee smelt really good !"

"Stayed here on a vacation with my small family of three. The hotel is unique and very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is pretty close to Canary Wharf and the bus stop is right out front. Easy hope on to get anywhere. Strangely, London traffic makes everything a half hour away, no matter where you want to go."
