"Everything was excellent, really nice and peaceful place. The room was exceptionally clean and the outdoor bath was very easy to set up and operate. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, we had a very relaxing and grounding vacation. Would highly and easily recommend this to anyone. Thank you for making this a lovely stay!"

"這裡是一間感覺就很舒適的郊區民宿，我當初是因為趕著在出發前一個星期訂的，所以這裡距離新幹線車站比較遠，但是大大降低我的預算相較於大火車站附近。 外觀看起來就是很大的日式深山家庭的樣子，房間不多，我猜是6間吧。 一進去主人就馬上解釋哪裡放雪靴，滑板與各項設施。 這裡有大客廳讓客人去使用，雖然很冷，但是電熱毯桌子好舒服，在那裡吃了小7買的需微波晚餐，還有熱水泡茶，大電視看日本綜藝節目，哈 沒想到還有公眾浴池，很棒啊以民宿來說!可以一次泡四個人的溫泉喔 早餐很營養豐富，因為主人家也會吃，所以食材不馬虎喔！請看我的照片嘍 雖然遠離各地，但是主人會馬上問你隔天行程，去哪滑雪，何時載你去與回來，其實沒啥交通問題只要你都想好，照時間表走就好。 適合最多到四個人來住，開車更好，都有位子停，白天外面的精緻很美啊！"

"Not helpful to tourist, cannot reach the basic service standard a hotel ought to provide to tourist!"

"Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the station and chair lift. Kitchen staff is very thoughtful. I stayed for 3 nights, although all 3 nights were hot pot for dinner with the same ingredients, the soup base was different for every night. Staff are super friendly, making you feel welcome. The only issue I had was on the first night when there kids staying and they ran around the whole lodge making all sort of noise until late."

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"The property required us to contact them in advance if arriving after 6 pm. We called several times and got no answer, left messages for the to call back (in Japanese) and received no return calls. Due to their remote location we had to book another hotel in Nikko to ensure we had a place to stay. The hotel refused to refund our money. Terrible customer service. We would recommend avoiding this property at all costs!"
