"Character building with a room that had all the amenities. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was genuinely helpful with all questions. About 12 minutes walk to tube station. Good value for money."

"The room was tiny, and the shower was the smallest I have ever come across. I turned the TV on but couldn't then change channels or turn it off. The gentleman from reception came to the room and pulled the wardrobe out to see if he could get to the plug. Thought it was going to collapse it was so flimsy. Worst of all though was the aircon unit making a loud buzzing noise all night even though it wasn't switched on. Tried to take the room key card out which cut the power to most things, but not...

"We stayed in a Superior room. Bed was large and really comfortable. Room was clean with air con already on when we arrived. Really helpful staff carried our luggage and showed us to our room and explained everything to us. Breakfast had a huge choice including hot and cold and was really tasty. We had an an enjoyable stay"

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."
