"Hi over all the hotel was alright but there should be doors on the rooms that are facing the parking lot so people can in the back and see their vehicles and my room was ok a little noisy a couple times but not bad I would have to say that the cleaning of the room when I arrived was a little bit not too good so for that matter I’m giving the super 8 in Kelowna a 4 star rating thank you"

"Staff was nice. Walls are paper-thin drunk idiots ruined my sleep the entire night and morning. Slamming doors and loud music all hours."

"Our room was clean and well equiped. The breakfast was adaquate, a few more condiments, possibly ketchup packets, as the bun is a bit dry. Good coffee and the muffins are excellent. "

The staff was friendly, but not very helpful at the check-in when we try to early check-in, the room wasn’t ready and then three hours later around 5 PM. It was still not ready. Hotel in general very clean, but was expecting more from a Marriott standard as I know from other stays."

"My stay was short but enjoyable. Very clean and well organized and designed. The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. Not just one of them but , the front desk clerk, and her assistant , and joining in on the rudeness and lack of kindness was the manager.. They should all work on they're approach and not judging a book by its cover because if I had a business lead or...

"Got a balcony room that was on top of the welcome sign which shouldn'tbe charged at the same rate as the rest. I was supposed to get a $20 credit for being an expedia gold member, never got it. Not very impressed."

"Only problem was the construction on the roof and I was on the 6th floor. The noise was noticed but not bad. Repairs are just unavoidable I know. Loved being up on the 6th with water Veiw, beautiful."
