"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night! The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

"Overall stay was amazing. However: Toothbrush were not available when you need it. (Perhaps they forgot to replenish) Need to ask for it. No available indoor disposable slipper ( thought it was a standard for a hotel for have those. Or maybe not? Or maybe i was used whenever i checked-in into a hotel? Didn’t see any menu? Maybe need to ask? Saw a broken glass in the bathroom, lucky didn’t step on it. But the villa was amazing. We enjoyed the pool much. We had fun. 👍👍"

"I was in a room next to the lift (again). Very noisy until late. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and a courtesy car to get you to and from."

"There was no tv or wifi. We swapped to another cabin which had dirty sheets,dirty sink,dirty bin,toilet not flushed. Then swapped back to original cabin with no tv or wifi. Awaiting a full refund."

"For what it is, it’s good value. I was very worried about my car getting vandalised or broken in to as I had been told bad things about Katherine. Stayed here over rodeo weekend. Great pressure hot water in shower. Tea and coffee provided. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV didn’t seem to work but I have found that to be the case with every TV at every hotel / place of accommodation that I have stayed at between Mt Isa and Darwin. So this is not a dealbreaker for me.
