"The Rocks is a hidden gem, a plethora of flowering and fruiting plants, whimsical touches, a glow worm grotto and very engaging staff. If anything wasn't in your chalet, there was a common cooking and laundry area. Not only did we use some things, we shared some of our extras. So much better then thowing some things in the rubbish!"

"It is in a beautiful location - stunning view. There was plenty of activities to do, it is well-equipped - we enjoyed the paddle boarding, but the room was much more dated than the website photos appeared and we had mixed experience with the staff - a few seemed reluctant to interact. "In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. "

"An awesome location, easy walk into Picton to see sights, shop, eat etc. It is a shame that the panoramic harbour view shown on Expedia for my room did not match reality, the images online had clearly been taken for the floor above. Additionally, I paid for a room with a washer/dryer yet there was no washer/dryer in the room. I was offered the use, at my cost of the laundry facilities in the open garage area."
