"Terrible place. As we walk into the lobby the heavy smell of marijuana hit us on the face and followed us all the way to the 4th floor. We had to switched rooms because the a/c didn't work. The kitchenette was completely bare, not even a spoon. Then in the way back from Walmart, we see 3 police vehicles at the front entrance, one cop went inside the building, another one taking an stament front a woman. The next morning the stinch of marijuana on the halls still was there. Needless to say we...
