"My AC didn't work. Fridge didn't work, I didn't book a handicap room yet I was given one. Shower nozzle sprayed water out on the sink so all my personal belongings were soaked. Overall the experience was horrible. I told the front desk about my issues they just down played it. Asked if I could switch rooms, wasn't an option. I travel work often and the location was great but other than that it wasn't a good stay. I most definitely wont be staying here again."

What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member. Three significant failures: 1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution....
