Staff were rude.hot tub was out of service ,you hadvto swioe & pay to the in room safe with a credit card,pillows were like rocks,the pull out couch was nothing but springs,it was exoensuve fir breakfast and very little food for the price

Sheraton Gateway Hotel In Toronto International Airport
Room was clean and tidy. Front desk overwhelmed at midnight checking in, staff were helpful in finding us a room right away although they initially said we had to wait. We were on a layover and had a very tired child so was grateful.
