One King West Hotel & Residence

One King West Hotel & Residence

10/10 Excellent
"The location was ideal for my stay. Near to the Scotia-bank Arena, public transport at Union Station and Eaton center. The staff were helpful from check-in, service at the bar, and general information from the valet attendants. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and numerous suite facilities. The hot tub was fantastic, shower pressure very powerful, and the city/lake view was a plus. My room was cleaned when I returned unlike other hotels I previously stayed at, and checkout was easy. My suggested improvements- It would be nice to have complimentary bottled water, and a freezer part of the fridge for ice packs for medications or storing ice cream. One King West hotel will be added to my favorites as a stay option."
