The pool and hot tub are very nice. The food was quite good. Service was limited. You no longer get housekeeping and they do not offer room service. You have to go to the restaurants in the hotel and pick up. rooms are large. nice that they have dishes and refrigerator in room

Clean and spacious room. There should be a more separate dedicated business area if that is considered a priority focus for the hotel's usual clients. The two computers in the main lobby, one being used by a youngster for games, and the other not Microsoft- friendly because of an incorrect clock setting, didn't fit my needs. The front desk was very helpful with a workaround though.

Pool was colder then what we would have liked. Kids didn't want to stay in long. Properly heated pool would have been great as that was a big reason why I booked. A lot of noisy cars in the area driving by all thru the night. Very nice and accommodating staff. Extremely clean, well appointed room.

Great choice for overnight stay
Great stay: room was comfortable, clean, looked brand new and had this modern look to it. Service was excellent- importantly it’s within walking distance from international terminal 3- just across the street. Breakfast complimentary- not exuberant, but healthier fresh options. Also, shuttle goes from Terminal 3 to hotel and vice versa every 30 minutes. I liked it better than my regular stay at Hiltons.

Main reason for starting was for early flight next day but the shuttle is on a first come first served basis. It is quite small (about 9 seats). At 5:30 I was lucky to get a seat.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The room was comfortable. The pool was a bit older but we enjoyed having something to do while waiting for our flight. The breakfast was convenient but not particularly tasty.

My daughter and I took a vacation and stayed at your location. She is young and I had the trip well planned out but the shuttle never came for us or others and we stood waiting at an airport for over an hour before getting a cab instead due to cold. We show up our room our towels were stained. I took pictures if needed to be provided. Heating in room also did not see to be operating as per its intended design

Very nice and clean hotel! Includes breakfast with lots of small options. Nice that there’s a latte/cappuccino machine in the breakfast area. Only negatives are minor but the a/c fan in room is very loud.

Room space is good (although show some wear and tear) and kitchenette appears well stocked. Staff were pleasant but check-in was a little slow. We didn’t use the pool or gym, so can’t comment. We found the restaurant/bar prices to be high, even for the area. We tried this hotel as alternative to pricier ones served by the airport link, but aren’t sure it was worth the savings.

Our flights were delayed 6 hours so we didn’t make it to the hotel. I called when we reached Toronto Airport but it was 1:00 the next morning. I told the woman that we were unable to make it to the hotel as our flight to Bermuda left in a few hours. We were charged the full amount for the room unfortunately. 😢
